Here’s an overview of how the system works.

Step 1: Collecting the Source Material

Everything starts with high-quality inputs. Our AI system scrapes the web for data from multiple categories:

Market & Token Analysis → Daily gainers/losers, on-chain alerts, new token launches.

News & Macro Events → Crypto news, fintech updates, regulation changes.

Social & Community Signals → Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and direct team input.

All this information is saved into our AI Source Material Hub — a shared knowledge base that organizes data by category and date.

Step 2: Persona Agents

Once the data is collected, it’s processed by our AI personas — each with a distinct voice and purpose:

News Nancy → Covers crypto, fintech, and DeFi news.

Degen Dan → Creates hype, memes, and hot takes.

Aiden → Focuses on AI news and breakthroughs.

Phoenix → Handles outreach, onboarding, and community development.

Ethos DeFi → Delivers official Ethos updates and announcements.

These agents turn raw data into short-form content for socials — quick, engaging posts that keep the community informed and entertained.

Step 3: Blog Agents

For deeper dives, the content passes to Blog Agents. Each one specializes in turning short-form insights into long-form blogs:

Nancy Blog Agent → Expands news and market content.

Aiden Blog Agent → AI-focused explainers and analysis.

Phoenix Blog Agent → Outreach and community updates.

Ethos DeFi Blog Agent → Official strategy and company insights.

This two-step flow — short form first, then long form — means we can move fast while still creating thoughtful, in-depth content when it matters.

Step 4: Publishing & Engagement

Finally, content is distributed across platforms:
